Its hard to believe that it's been almost exactly a year since I opened my little week long shop in my lounge and then a pop up shop in Eastbourne for a month. Like a snow ball gaining momentum I had opened my shop in Petone pretty soon after! In case you haven't visited I thought I'd show you some photos of how far I've come, it's been a blast!

A few years ago my beautiful dog Pablo went to doggy heaven, he was 17 years old, I still miss his love of life and gentle nature, this is dedicated to you my dear friend.

These tables are just the beginning of my new obsession!
The adhesive is extremely durable sign writing film, I am planning to decorate all sorts of things including canisters and vases!

These 2 new pieces are the latest editions of my on going "Piwakawaka's Grand Adventure" series, it's amazing where this little native New Zealand fantail bird pops up!

Wellington

Iv'e been meaning to create a dedication to my little part of the world "Wellington"! and here it is, it features two of our most often seen birds: the Black-backed gull and the Pied Shag. These little fellows are firm friends and love to meet for a little chat (I think he want's to be more than just friends, what do you think!) oh yes and that's Pencarrow lighthouse in the background.

gosh1 how time has flown! I have had my shop here in Petone for over 2 months already!
I am delighted to say that it's been so well received, I have enjoyed meeting so many lovely people who have noticed my colorful window from the street, they have been telling friends so the word is out!

After many, many hours of hard work, here it is at last, my very own shop here in New Zealand.
It's been a dream for a very long time!
I am excited, daunted, tired and energised all at the same time!
