new sling bags

If you've been following me you might have noticed that ages ago I said I really wanted to design a range of sling bags but after a lot of searching I came to a dead end, we'll at last I've found someone to make them and I have designed my first collection of bags! 12 to be precise, this is a mock up, I'll post photos of the bags as soon as they arrive, the front is digitally printed, the rest is  black leather,

My latest book "My House"

One of the best things about illustrating books (I've just finished my 12th one) is receiving a printed copy quite some time after its finished. It's like looking at it for the first time. I often think, wow did I do all that work! This title has to have been one of my favorite to create with "Templar" They are so great to work with, I really do have complete creative license to go wild, it has a retro feel..... of course! There's everything you need in a home, even a little toilet with a flowery lid!

New Greeting Cards

It's been a while since I created some new greeting card designs, I am planning to make a whole collection, here are the first 2 of 12

3 houses shaped pillows

I had a sudden desire to make 3 little shaped pillows! and here they are, well nearly... I still have to get the fabric and make them! as soon as I have I'll show you! they will be available in my Etsy shop!

I think one of the best things about creating textile patterns is the moment a whole lot of random elements come together and form something that is partly deliberate and partly a lovely surprise!
